Shipping policy
This Shipping Terms policy applies to Homelivino (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). It is intended to clearly explain delivery coverage, shipping fees, order processing timelines, and transportation responsibilities, so you can fully understand the delivery process from order confirmation to successful receipt. All products are sold exclusively through our online store.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery services throughout Australia. Orders with delivery addresses outside Australia are not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees and Price Transparency
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total value of your order:
- Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or above (including AUD 99.99) qualify for free delivery.
- Orders with a total value below AUD 99.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 9.99.
All applicable taxes and related charges are already included in the displayed product prices. No additional fees will be required beyond the order total.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Our standard order processing hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 (CET).
- Orders completed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day.
- Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the next available business day.
4. Order Processing Time
After payment confirmation, orders enter the preparation stage. The standard processing time is approximately 1–3 business days, which includes order verification, packaging, and handover to the shipping carrier.
5. Estimated Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, the estimated overall delivery timeframe is approximately 5–8 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, and logistics conditions.
6. Logistics Carriers
To ensure reliable and stable delivery services, shipments may be handled by one or more of the following carriers:
- UPS
- DHL
- FedEx
- Australia Post
7. Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and carrier information. You may track your order at any time by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your email address or phone number together with the corresponding order number.
8. Responsibility Statement
- Product damage or loss: If a product is damaged or lost during transportation, please contact us promptly so we can assist with verification and resolution.
- Shipping modifications and cancellations: Once an order has entered the shipping process, requests for changes or cancellations will be handled according to the actual order status.
- Delivery address responsibility: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information will be handled based on the specific circumstances.
9. Delivery Acceptance Notes
We recommend inspecting the outer packaging upon delivery. If any visible damage or irregularities are found, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you appropriately.
